Evening in Excellence '09

Evening in Excellence last night was such a blast!  We loved seeing the girls dressed up with their families and presenting their 10 hour projects.  These young women truly are STARS and "Stand for Truth and Righteousness" each day.  We are so very proud of them and the choices they are making each day.  We love the girls and are so thankful for the opportunity to serve with them!  We also want to send a special thanks to Brother Konieczny for taking the girls photos.  We will be getting copies of the pictures and making pictures for the girls.

Baptisms for the Dead '09

What an awesome day!  Last Friday, Sister Davis, Sister Thayne and Sister Wittmann had the honor of going with three of our Young Women (Hannah, Brianna and Sarah) to participate in Baptisms for the Dead.  This morning was full of spiritual moments for all......

Week of October 12th

Hi everyone!!  Just a reminder that this week we will have our normal activity on Wednesday - please be at the church by 7pm.  Also, on this Friday (October 16th), we will be going to the Temple for baptisms for the dead.  Girls, please make sure to arrive at the church by 4:30 a.m.  We will be leaving promptly.  We know it is early, but the REWARD is great.  Have a great week! 

PS - don't forget to keep working on your Personal Progress and 10 hour project.  Evening in Excellence is next Wednesday.....!!  Yay!
